Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	Management duties are performed by staff of the American Bar Association. The Organization pays a small fee for staffing. Due to the relationship between the ABA and the Bar Association constituency served by the Organization, the fee is not commensurate with services provided.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 4	The Bylaws were amended effective February 5, 2015. Article 7, Section 4 was amended to clarify the election and/or appointments for a one-year term to the office of Vice-President. Also, Article VI, Section 9 was amended to state the procedure taken in the event of a officer vacancy, other than the office of President or President-Elect.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The Association has a membership consisting of individuals employed by bar associations, individuals who have been employed by a bar association but who currently are not employed by a bar association or related organization, and individuals who are employed by bar related organizations.
