1	Briefly describe the organization’s mission or most significant activities: To plan and coordinate social and recreational activities of members of Pinehurst Country Club who voluntarily choose to participate in these activities and events.The PCC Members Social and Prize Fund Association, Inc. (the Association) was incorporated in 1984 to further the pleasure and recreation of members of the Pinehurst Country Club who voluntarily choose to participate in the organized activities of golf, tennis, croquet, and lawn bowls. The Association does not own Pinehurst Country Club. The Pinehurst Country Club is owned and operated by Pinehurst, LLC.The Association through its sub organizations and committees collect voluntary dues and fees for the various recreational activities which include frequent member competitions and periodic member tournaments. The dues and fees are used primarily for event expenses,prizes and awards, and organizational expenses including meetings and communications with its members.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	The Management of Pinehurst Country Club (the Club) has authorized The Board of Governors (the Board) of PCC Members Social and Prize Fund Association, Inc. (the Association) to plan and coordinate the social and recreational activities of Club members and all affiliated organizations and committees thereof. The Board represents all classes of membership in the Club. It consists of nine (9) members, all of whom are elected by the Club's voting members. Board membership is divided into three (3) classes, with each class having three (3) members. One third of the board is elected for a term of three years to succeed the three Board members whose terms expire immediately prior to the December Board meeting.
