Form 990, Part XII, Line 1 - Accounting Method	In FY 2015, management voted to discontinue its use of a general ledger and the accrual method of acounting and adopt the encumbrance accounting system used by McCurtain County. This system relies on Appropriation Ledgers and is a cash basis system. An adjustment equaling$560,489 has been made to the beginning fund balance to account for removal of non-cash assets and liabilities from the balance sheet.
