Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6-7	Jackson Lake Reservoir and Irrigation Company has 1,550 shares owned mostly by inividuals and organizations involved in production agriculture. A quorum of share representation greater than 50 is required for annual election of Directors to serve on the board of directors. The board has the authority to make most financial and other operating decisions, but material or unusual decisions are put up to a vote of the shareholders.
