28 In 2015 the Cascade Shelter Project members as a group did the following projects: finished exterior house painting; discovered mold in an apt. and removed a wall, cleaned, disinfected and repaired the wall; began study for sound-proofing common foyer in 224-226; researched and installed sprinkler system (above ground hoses) to conserve water whiel keeping our gardens healthy and to allow birds and bees to exist on our inner city property began installing stairway off front porch into side yard to enable members to enter courtyard without leaving our property; installed brick patio )with recycled bricks) in side yard; continued to upgrade security of front gates.
