Return Reference Explanation
Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 10 CPRMC received $8,812.83 from FEMA funds directed to Larimer County as reimbursement for emergency road repair work following the September, 2013 flood, as CPRMC had written the check to pay the bill. At the time half that amount had been reimbursed to CPRMC by the Cedar Springs Improvement Association per our cost-sharing arrangement for common use roads. As a result, CPRMC reimbursed CSIA in the amount of $4,406.42 from those funds. Also, as Larimer County Public Improvement District #55 is now managing area road work, membership at it's annual meeting of July 18, 2015 voted to give the PID $16,000 of remaining CPRMC funds.
