Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Data on comparable salaries is obtained from an independent source and is used to validate the appropriateness of the current salary. The Board of Directors sets the President's salary, and approves the other salaries through the budgetary process.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The financial statements for Central Kansas Credit Union are posted in the lobby of each office, and is included in the annual report. Financial data is also available on the NCUA website. Other documents are not made public.
