The consortium now counts more than 80 members, across the entire digital content ecosystem, from creation to programming, distribution, infrastructure, audience measurement and royalty reporting.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 3: Description of Delegated Duties to Management Company	The Organization delegates the majority of Operations Secretariat duties to the management company, including but not limited to administration of the majority of meetings, assistance with membership duties, all financial duties and assistance with website related issues.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	EIDR has 4 levels of membership: Board, Promoter, Contributor and General User. The Founders and elected promoters sit on the Board. Promoters have voting power and are eligible to serve on the Board, and also have significant influence on technical and policy direction of EIDR. Contributors are general users who participate in Working Groups. This level is open to all members, but there is no voting power. General Users include all ecosystem participants who need to look up or register records. General Users must meet criteria set by EIDR for trusted data source to receive registration credentials.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body	Each Founding Promoter may appoint one of its employees to serve on the Board, as well as one alternate. The Board of Directors shall equal the number of Founding Promoters in the Corporation plus up to 5 individuals who represent the Industry Promoters. The Board of Directors has governance over the Organization and may delegate, at its sole discretion, any power and authority of the Board to one or more committees of the Board.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7b: Describe Decisions of Governing Body Approval by Members or Shareholders	Changes to the Articles, Bylaws or other Organizational documents require a unanimous vote from the Founding Promoters, and a Super-Majority vote from the other Promoters. A Super-Majority vote is needed from all Founders to change the Terms of Use for Registrants or increases in Registry fees.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The Form 990 will be submitted to the Board before being filed with the IRS. In addition, the 990 will be available upon request by any of the members.
