    AT THE MAY 8, 2015 MEETING OF THE BUNBURY BOARD OF TRUSTEES, RECOMMENDATIONS WERE APPROVED TO BEGIN TO TAKE APPROPRIATE STEPS TO DISSOLVE THE FOUNDATION AND DISTRIBUTE THE ASSETS TO SEPARATE DONOR ADVISED FUNDS AT THE PRINCETON AREA COMMUNITY FOUNDATION (PACF) AND THE VERMONT COMMUNITY FOUNDATION (VCF.) AS COMMUNITY FOUNDATIONS, BOTH ARE PUBLIC CHARITIES PURSUANT TO SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE WHICH ARE LEGALLY AUTHORIZED TO RECEIVE THE BUNBURY COMPANY'S DISTRIBUTIONS. THE DISTRIBUTIONS OF INITIAL FUNDS TOTALING $17 MILLION WERE AUTHORIZED TO PACF AND VCF BY THE BUNBURY COMPANY BOARD AT ITS JULY 17, 2015 MEETING.
