What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Spartanburg County Medical Society's purpose is to bring together into an organization incorporated under the laws of South Carolina ethical qualified physicians Spartanburg County to promote the science and art of medicine and the betterment of public health unity, harmony and the welfare of the medical profession and to unite with similar organizations to maintain the South Carolina Medical Association and the American Medical Association.
