	Growing Businesses - Support business incubation and provide basic shared and individual services that businesses need to start, expand and create quality jobs. The EDC uses the Bottineau County Loan Pool (and, to a lesser extent, the B-500 Fund) to support businesses in the form of loans and grants, as well as funding feasibility studies and seminars.

The Director of the EDC reviews the Form 990 with the EDC Board of Directors prior to its filing, asks any questions at that time, and the EDC Board of Directors then approves the filing of the Form 990.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 19: Other Organization Documents Publicly Available

The EDC Board meetings are open to the public, with meeting times posted in the entryway of the EDC's office building. At the annual meeting, financial reports are handed out to anyone choosing to receive a copy. Additionally, a copy of the financial report is mailed out at any time throughout the year upon request. Finally, a finance committee was established which meets monthly to review financial information and suggest action for the EDC.
