What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To assist sight impaired individuals.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Assisted sight impaired low income individuals by paying for or assisting in paying for eye exams and corrective lenses and surgery. During the past fiscal year, 60 individuals were assisted with the cost of eye exams at $55 each, and 61 vouchers for $50 each were given out to assist with the cost of corrective lenses. ($6,350)Also, purchased Acrobat Enhanced Reading Machine for use by sight impaired individuals. ($2,635)Also, assisted with costs for cataract surgery for an individual.
