Part X, Line 2:	Management has evaluated the effect of the guidance provided by GAAP on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. Management believes that the Club continues to satisfy the requirements of a tax-exempt organization. Management has evaluated all other tax positions that could have a significant effect on the accompanying financial statements and determined the Club had no uncertain income tax positions as of December 31, 2015 and 2014. Management believes the Club is no longer subject to tax examinations for years prior to December 31, 2011.
