Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	The Ponchatoula Lions Club membership consists entirely of individuals that have been sponsored by a current member in good standing and voted on by the current members present at weekly meetings held at the Club.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body	The Ponchatoula Lions Club has an annual election to select its officers and a board of directors. Members may nominate themselves or another member for consideration by the membership. Notices are sent to all members notifying them of the election date.
