Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6 Individual Members of the Chapter can participate on all Chapter Committees amd receive member discounts at Chapter functions and certifications.Corporate Memberships in the Arizona Chapter includes memberships for five individuals who are employed by the company. These five people are listed in the membership directory and receive member benefits such as discounts at member functions. The company also receives discounts on all programs for the companies employees even if they are not a member individually.
