	Regular Board meetings and the Annual membership Meeting were conducted, during which various Club business items were discussed. Financial performance reviews were conducted, and the 2016 Budget was formulated and approved. A social event was held after the Annual Membership Meeting in December, which included a catered meal at the Bald Head Island Club on Bald Head Island. Approximately 35 members and guests attended the social. Members have been gathering both formally and informally to discuss boating and various marina needs. The membership at the end of 2015 totaled 174, and ten resigned or forfeited memberships were available for sale. The Board of Directors was elected, and various club activities and other issues were discussed.Three parcels of land and appurtenances critical for yacht operations were purchased. Accounts have been funded adequately to maintain the necessary cash flows required for daily operations and future major renovations.
