Explanation:

Time to gather adequate records and documentation took longer than expected due to change from a volunteer preparer to a paid CPA preparer. Furthermore, Phi Delta Theta Fraternity for the tax year ended June 1, 2015 grew from a colony to chapter fraternity requiring further recordkeeping responsibilities. Now with a CPA reviewing our books the return will be timely filed going forward.
