TO IMPROVE THE INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE PROFICIENCY OF OUR MEMBERS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR DUTIES; TO WORK FOR AND PROVIDE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE SALARY AND FRINGE BENEFITS AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT OF THE MEMBERS OF THE TWIN RIVER SECURITY UNION TO ADVOCATE FOR APPOINTMENT AND PROMOTION; TO CREATE A TRADITION OF ESPIRIT DE CORPS INSURING FIDELITY TO DUTY UNDER ALL CONDITIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES; TO CULTIVATE A SPIRIT OF FRATERNALISM AND MUTUAL HELPFULNESS AMONG OUR MEMBERS AND THE PEOPLE WE SERVE; TO INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF THEUNION AND THUS MORE FIRMLY ESTABLISH THE CONFIDENCE OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SERVICE DEDICATED TOT HE PROTECTION OF LIFE AND PROPERTY.
