5	Former fire chief James Johnson in 2010 used fire company funds for personal purposes. On December 8, 2014 Mr. Johnson pleaded no contest to the Jefferson County Court in criminal action NO. 14-F-39. He was ordered by the court to pay restitution of $15,000. He made $1,200 in payments in 2015 and as of 12/31/15 the balance due the fire department was $13,800.
