Explanation:
In the recent weeks, the Governor of the great state of South Carolina informed millions of citizens to immediately evacuate from any city close to the coast line. The College of Charleston, located a short walk away from the water, was ordered to evacuate all of its students off the campus. Classes were cancelled for a week and students left to go find safety. Late filing of this document can be explained by the mayhem and uncertainty of evacuating campus. We please ask that any late fee please be excused due to a hurricane that was out of our control. Thank you.
