The member may on occasion refrain from voting, participate in discussions, on an issue that could affect their abilities to serve their respective positions. and "The Executive Board shall appoint an Active Member to serve as the Association's Representative to the Policy Board of the National Funeral Directors Association. The term of the Policy Board Member shall be for three years and he or she may be reappointed for no more than one successive three-year term. The Executive Board shall have the authority to remove by a two-thirds (2/3) vote the Policy Board Representative with or without cause." |
