Briefly describe the organization’s mission: THE MISSION OF ROTARY INTERNATIONAL IS TO ENCOURAGE AND FOSTER THE IDEAL OF SERVICE AS A BASIS OF WORTH ENTERPRISE, DEVELOPMENT OF ACQUAINTANCE, HIGH ETHICAL STANDARDS, IDEALS OF SERVICE AND ADVANCEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL UNDERSTANDING. THIS MISSION IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE NUMEROUS ROTARY CLUBS AND DISTRICTS AROUND THE WORLD. ROTARY INTERNATIONAL DISTRICT 5470 IN SOUTHERN AND WESTERN COLORADO IS ONE OF THE ROTARY INTERNATIONAL DISTRICTS TO HELP ACCOMPLISH THE ROTARY MISSION.
