Article IV Board and Executive Committee: Section 2: updated qualifications now requiring two years of membership and one year of active participation on a committee. Section 3: Metro & Rural redefined, representation shift; officers are board members; appointed of Advisory Directors reduced; and elimination of dual representation from a company or organization. Article V Officers: Revisions clarify the role of each office, creates oversight at the Officer level of Association pillars. Section 7: Officer succession policy; exclusion of Secretary/Treasurer from automatic succession.Article VI Meetings: Create flexibility for membership meetingsArticle VII: Finances: Section 4: Finance Committee formally established to guide Association budgetary process.
