Part X, Line 2:	SETAC is exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. However, income from certain activities not directly related to SETAC's tax exempt purpose is subject to taxation as unrelated business income. SETAC believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken, and does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements. SETAC is required to file an annual information report with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on Form 990. These filings are current and are subject to examination by the IRS, generally for three years after they are filed.
