Pt III, Line 31 The Wyoming Coaches Association provided All-Star competitions for graduated high school seniors. These events directly involve 100 students and aid in fostering their eduction, moral, physical and social development. The Association also provides education to coaches through its annual and special workshops and continual updating of information that coaches may use in providing services for the youth and communitites within the state of Wyoming. The annual workshops are conducted during the All-Star week and range in toics from safety to improved educational techniques in coaching, drug and alcohol prevention, sportsmanship and other moral and physical issues. The workshops also provide the service allowing coaches to certify for coaching in public schools. This certification is required by the Department of Education of the State of Wyoming.
