Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The credit union has a single class of members with equal rights of ownership, governance, and voting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Board members are nominated, absentee balloting for 2 weeks at 3 branch offices, then members elect using a secret ballot at the annual meeting where final results are tabulated. Terms are for 3 years and are staggered.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Form 990 is reviewed by the Interim CEO and Manager of Accounting before filing. Copies are made available to the Board for review.
