Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	The members of the chamber received advertising and promotion through events, print and email media, as well as website listings. They are allowed to attend events for a discounted price. All members receive a ballot annually to choose the governing body.

Time is provided to ask questions and make comments. The tax return is then reviewed by the accountant and the executive director before signing.
