| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3: | Pursuant to an engagement agreement dated April 2, 2014, the Organization retained the services of Your Part-Time Controller, LLC for the balance of the calendar year 2014 to provide accounting, financial, consulting, and "controller/chief financial officer" services as needed by the organization. This engagement remained in place during all of 2015. None of the Organization's current or former officers, directors, or employees listed in Part VII, Section A was compensated by Your Part-Time Controller, LLC during 2015. |
