What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THIS ORGANIZATION PROVIDES VARIOUS SERVICES TO THE TEACHERS AND TEACHING ASSISTANTS OF MADISON-ONEIDA BOCES.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 THIS ORGANIZATION PROVIDES VARIOUS SERVICES TO THE TEACHERS AND TEACHING ASSISTANTS OF MADISON-ONEIDA BOCES. THIS INCLUDES EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATION AND/OR MEDIATION IN MATTERS OF EMPLOYMENT, WORKING CONDITIONS AND DISPUTES AS THEY APPLY TO, AND WITHIN LIMITATIONS OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT FOR ANY GIVEN PERIOD OF TIME. THE ORGANIZATION IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE TO ENTER INTO FORMAL NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE ADMINISTRATION OF MADISON-ONEIDA BOCES TO APPEND, MODIFY AND/OR RENEW THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT.
