	- During the course of 2015, AIA Mississippi hosted monthly Continuing Education lectures for its members that were attended by 400 members. Each member received 1 Continuing Education credit for each luncheon for the purpose of meeting the requirements of the state of Mississippi for retaining their architectural license to practice. In Biloxi and Jackson and Southaven. - During the course of 2015, AIA Mississippi hosted 9 professionally instructed state-wide Educational seminars, were attended by 300 members. Each member received credit for the purpose of meeting the requirements of the state of Mississippi for retaining their architectural license to practice. - During the course of 2015, AIA Mississippi hosted 8 public educational seminars throughout the state, in Jackson, Southaven, and Biloxi. The purpose was to educate the public regarding architects and the positive contributions each member makes to the greater good. - During the course of 2015, AIA Mississippi hosted professional development seminars presented by professional experts in the fields of cleaner Safer Energy, International Building Codes, ADA requirements, and architectural contracts and construction law for 350 members, each session was worth an average of 6 CEU HSW credits. - In 2015 AIA Mississippi sponsored without cost; NCARB 2hr intern seminars and networking events on licensure, ARE testing requirements, and the path to your licensure. 30 architectural interns and young professionals attended at no cost. - In 2015 AIA Mississippi hosted their annual convention offering 12 CEU credits its members.- In 2015 AIA sponsored its Mississippi Celebrates Architecture event to promote the benefits of good architectual design to the public. This program offers Mississippi students from both public and private schools the opportunity to participate in an architectual art contest, where their entries are publically displayed.
