Briefly describe the organization’s mission: 1. To continue to provide cost-effective group medical options for members of the State Bar of Monanta and their dependents and employees.2. To provide a structure for the operation of the Trust so as to review the Plan on an on-going basis to insure that it continues to provide adequate and affordable group medical insurance to the Plan participants.3. To continue to increase the reserve fund that will allow the Trust some flexibility regarding the annual premium renewals; tempering renewal increases that are deemed to be unaffordably high and growing the reserve in years when the renewal increase is judged to be lower than anticipated.
