1	Briefly describe the organization’s mission or most significant activities: The mission of Baxter Hall Properties is to give guidance and support to the Zeta Chi chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha in the for of maintaining their housing situation. We serve as a third party intermediary by entering into rental contracts with companies leasing fraternity houses while also entering into a contract with the Zeta Chi Chapter. We have income consisting of rental revenue from the chapter and donations to go toward house maintenance, and we have expenses including rent expense payable to the rental company that owns the Zeta Chi Chapter's current fraternity house and any ongoing maintenance and upkeep expenses for the house. No contracts were entered into during the 2015 fiscal year

Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The mission of Baxter Hall Properties is to ensure successful housing practices for Pi Kappa Alpha, Zeta Chi Chapter (SPringfield, MO). Our goal is to make sure that the chapter follows adequate housing guidelines, treats properties with respect, enters into fair and reasonable contracts, and maintains financial stability in consideration of filling the house, maintaining fair rent rates, collecting rent, etc. Income generated Baxter Hall properties is used exclusively to furnish official university recognized fraternity houses occupied by the Zeta Chi chapter, pay for any damages caused by the zeta chi chapter, and to pay rent to Landlords owning said properties.

It is currently November 15th, 2015, but In case this E-Filing does come through as late, this would be why: I was recently elected to the position as treasurer of this organization on October 15th, 2016 with no former affiliation or work done with or for the organization, and therefore had no knowledge of the financial workings of the organization during its 2015 fiscal year. The prior treasurer was not of a financial background and had all financial records in written binders which had to be transferred to me, and he did not have access to the online records and bank accounts. Therefore, I had to familiarize myself with the different accounts associated with the organization and validate the sources of income and outlets for expenses in the past month during my spare time, as I am a full time graduate student and also working. I hope this causes no issue, thanks.
