	Transit Services- Primary service is transportation for eligible elderly and disabled passengers (EDTAP), work first/employment transportation, and medical transportation. OUTS contracts with local human service agencies to provide coordinated transportation. Rural General Public Transportation assistance is provided to those persons not eligible for human service transportation. OUTS provided 87,048 trips during our last fiscal year, which includes both our EDTAP program and the Employment transportation program.
