What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS LOCAL UNION SHALL BE TO CARRY OUT ON A LOCAL BASIS THE OBJECTIVES OF THE AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE , COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES.
