What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To buy, hold title, repair and maintain Andover Lake and related property for the benefit of Andover Lake Property Owners' Association, Inc. (ALPOA, another Sec. 501(c)(4) organization). Maintenance activities are necessary for the continued enjoyment of Andover Lake by the members of ALPOA.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Maintenance of and insurance for Andover Lake, including dam and walkway. Replaced the cage for the gate valve, inspected the dam and dam pipes, analyzed water quality and performed core testing.
