Pt VI, Line 6	An NSCP member qualifies by being employed in the securities compliance related capacity. An application for membership is submitted, application is reviewed and approved or disapproved and an annual membership fee is paid.
Pt VI, Line 7a	NSCP's members are eligible to elect the governing body by proxy annually for oncoming board members either by electronic document or verbal at the NSCP annual meeting.
Pt VI, Line 7b	Decisions of the governing body are subect to approval by members annually at the NSCP meeting.
