OFFER SCHOLARSHIPS TO YOUTH TO ATTEND THE EVENTS. EVERGREEN SENIOR CHORUS--PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR SINGERS TO BE ACTIVE AT THE DISTRICT CONVENTION EVEN IF THEIR CHAPTER IS NOT ATTENDING.
