Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 Membership - any employee of the Grand Trunk Western Railroad Company over 18 and under 60 years of age and in good health may apply for membership. The society had 71 members including officers during 2015.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a Only members shall vote. If an action is to be taken by vote of the members, it shall be authorized by a majority of the votes cast by the members or their proxy at such a meeting which a quorum was present. Members of the board of management shall be elected at each annual meeting to serve for a term of 3 years.
