Part X, Line 2:	The Local is a nonprofit organization exempt from federal and state income taxes under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(5). The Local rents to unrelated parties a portion of the building it owns. No taxable income was derived from this activity during 2015. Management performs an annual analysis of the Local's various tax positions, assessing the likelihood of those positions being upheld upon examination by relevant tax authorities. Management believes the Local has conducted its operations in accordance with applicable income tax reporting requirements for those jurisdictions in which the Local operates, and has taken no material uncertain tax positions that qualify for recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. The Local is no longer subject to U.S. federal, state, and local income tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2013.
