What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Vermont Technology Alliance (vtTA) is a non-profit business association with a mission to support, promote, and grow technology businesses and technology jobs in Vermont. The vtTA advocates on behalf of the Vermont technology business sector; collaborates with government, business, non-profit and education leaders; promotes Vermonts tech business sector; creates opportunities for networking; organizes technology programs and events; and connects with the tech community through its website, newsletter and social media.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Tech Job Recruitment Plan: The vtTA announced a 12-month effort to develop a recruitment and marketing plan to promote tech job openings and opportunities in Vermont. The project is supported by a USDA Rural Business Development grant.
