|---|---|
| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 | The International Association for the Development of Ndianda has members who contribute by either working voluntarily or financially or both to achieve the organization's mission. Our monthly membership contribution is $11 for members who live in USA and CANADA. This contribution is 10 euros for members who live and work in Europe. Regular or supporting members as well as donors from the general public are welcome to voluntarily donate the amount they wish to support our programs. We are getting the job done on a volunteer basis (as needed) and compensations are not provided to our officers and other volunteers. Nobody is getting paid or receiving any benefit from the IADN. There is no financial interest between members of the board. However, a conflict of interest policy was established and approved by the board and was submitted to the Internal Revenue Service on the 1023 Attachment of the application package for Tax-Exemption in July 2015. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a | We organize a yearly general assembly meeting between January and March of each year. During this meeting, members of the organization are invited and welcomed to attend. They may vote to replace members of the board (Five years term). Members can be reelected. If a member of the board resigns, then an extraordinary general assembly meeting is called by the President of the board and a new member can be elected during this meeting following organization internal policy (statutes). It is during the annual general assembly meeting that we adopt yearly program and budget for IADN in accordance with IRS regulations. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 9 | Amadou Lamine Niom, Jean Pierre Samba Sene, Felix Dione, Ablaye Faye, Mamour Ndour, Mireille Sagne, Shelby Baden, Agnes Diaffe Ndiaye, Aziz Ndao, Jean Jacques Faye, Florence Ndour, Marianne Ndiaye, Dibor Dione and Mathilde Le Vilain (Siga) are members and or volunteers of the board who do not reside at 115 Sweet Gum Drive, Athens, GA 30605, USA. However, Ablaye Faye, Mireille Sagne, Shelby Baden, and Cheikh Faye, as well as Aminata Sarr and Demba Sarr are all legal residents of USA. Our officers are all-over the world. Amadou, Mamour, Aziz, and Jean Jacques live in France. New members in France are Lamine Waly Faye and Samba Ndiaye. Felix and Dibor Dione live and work in United Kingdom. Agnes Diaffe Ndiaye and Jean Pierre Samba Sene are IADN officers in Senegal. Samba Sarr is our local (Ndianda) project coordinator. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b | The Generated PDF file will be available to other members through our social network on facebook and will also be sent by email to the board and or volunteer members of the board. Officers will be asked to review the file for accuracy. The document will be E-filed once approved by key officers of the board using the Form990Online service. We are following Form 990 instructions (downloaded from the IRS website) for the best of our knowledge to answer questions and fill out the form. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 18 | Our governing documents were sent by email to every donor registered in our mail list-serve. We also share any governing documents with any donor who request them. Our Administrative assistant keeps the organization documents using salesforce and folders saved in personal home computers. These records are also kept in Googlefornonprofit plateform and will be available to IRS officials and any other person upon request. We do our best to have the files accessible through our website. Form 990 will be accessible on the website on a yearly basis. FY2015 will be our first Form 990. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 | Either by email attachment or via regular mail to anyone who may request them. We inform our donors and beneficiaries of availability of these documents on our corporation website and our administration assistant shares appropriate documents and information on our monthly basis. |
| Form 990, Part IX, Line 24e | This expense was a support made to undergraduate students in Ndianda who live in Dakar and Saint Louis and attend Cheikh Anta Diop University and Gaston Berger University, respectively. Board members of IADN have requested that we make a donation to these students and help them cover cost of living in these respective cities. This donation was a first time donation made to the student organization. Because the amount made available to the students organization did not exceed $5000, we decided to classify it as other expenses in this form. |
