Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 1a	Lodge structure retains governing authority to the members of the lodge present in a regular lodge business meeting, provided quorum is present and a qualified presiding officer runs the meeting. An executive committee consisting of the elected officers and trustees of the lodge may conduct business on behalf of the lodge between meetings, but such actions must be subsequently authorized by the lodge membership or they will be considered void and any obligations or expenses resulting from such actions will be the personal responsibility of the officers who authorized them without prior lodge approval.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Form 990 reviewed initially by the finance committee, then by the executive committee, then by the lodge as a whole. The lodge as a whole is the governing body of the lodge and must approve all transactions and filings.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The lodge retains copies of its by-laws, the by-laws, policies, rules and regulations of the state and national organization of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, and will make these available for review upon request.
Form 990, Part IX, Line 11g	The lodge contracts property and event management services to assist with fulfilling its program of supporting community through making available meeting and event space.
