Part X, Line 2:	The Organization has no unrecognized tax benefits at December 31, 2015 and 2014. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The country club is made of members who pay annual dues in order to be a part of the Organization and use the facilities.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	The members of the country club vote for and elect the members of the governing body to act on their behalf.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b	The Board of Governers meets monthly. If it decides that there needs to be a revision to the bylaws, a mailing is sent out to the members to vote on the change. There is a meeting scheduled to tally the votes and hear any concerns for the membership. Members may also cast a ballot at the meeting. The bylaws may then be amended if there is a quorum either in person or by proxy and with the affirmative vote of 2/3 of the votes cast.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11	After review by the treasurer the 990 is distributed to the 17 voting members for comment.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a	All salaries come from a combined effort of the House Committee and the Board. The House Committee recommends a salary for the fiscal year.
