If it decides that there needs to be a revision to the bylaws, a mailing is sent out to the members to vote on the change. There is a meeting scheduled to tally the votes and hear any concerns for the membership. Members may also cast a ballot at the meeting. The bylaws may then be amended if there is a quorum either in person or by proxy and with the affirmative vote of 2/3 of the votes cast. |
