Return Reference Explanation
Monitoring procedures (Part I, line 2) The Charities Committee of the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 299 monthly reviews all requests for donations and assistance. The Committee reviews the organization requesting the assistance and the specific assistance that is requested. Based on all facts and circumstances regarding the organization and the assistance requested, the Committee makes its recommendation which is approved at the monthly meeting of the VVA Chapter 299 members. The Committee members, along with the general membership, monitors the use of the assistance to ensure that the assistance is used as requested and approved.
