    1 IPOP Foundation Kick App business plan competition for high school students at various High Schools in which the students are taught to write a business plan and pitch their business ideas to a panel of investor judges in a shark tank like setting. Approximately 925 students participated over several events 6,000
    2 In collaboration with Roots Tech (operated by the LDS Church) we held an entrepreneurial challenge known as the Innovator Challenge Showdown to encourage entrepreneurs to launch businesses that are centered around families and building connections between families and their ancestors. This culminated in the shark tank like event held at the conference before a large audience where winners were chosen and received awards to help grow their businesses. 24,000 attendees 7,500
