Changes to governing documents Part V line 34 The Bylaws were revised July 28, 2015 as follows:1. Officers: The title of President was changed to Chairman of the Board and the title of Vice-President was changed to Vice-Chairman.2. Board of Directors: The most recent past Chairman of the Board became a voting ex officio member of the Board, and other past chairmen continue as non-voting ex officio members until they resign. A Board Members term is one year, renewed on November 1st. Membership is automatically renewed with no limit on the number of terms. A President is appointed by the Board to oversee CPLA operations and to publicly represent CPLA. The President reports to the Board and is a member of the Executive Committee. 3. An Executive Committee was established to make day to day operational decisions.
