What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO FURTHER THE ADVANCEMENT OF ALL BREEDS OF PURE-BRED DOGS; TO DO ALL IN ITS POWER TO PROTECT AND ADVANCE THE INTERESTS OF PURE-BRED DOGS AND TO ENCOURAGE SPORTSMANLIKE COMPETITION AT DOG SHOWS AND OBEDIANCE TRIALS; AND TO CONDUCT SANCTIONED MATCHES, DOG SHOWS, AGILITY TRIALS, OBEDIENCE TRIALS AND ANY OTHER AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB SANCTIONED OR LICENSED EVENT UNDER THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB.
