Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c	The Conflict of Interest Policy covers board of directors, officers and staff and is monitored by the executive committee and board. Each year at one of the quarterly meetings, presented to the executive committee to review and, if warranted, then presented to the full board of directors to review.
