Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Credit Union had 29,944 members as of December 31, 2015. Each member has one $5.00 share in the Credit Union.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	We accept petitions to be on the Board of Directors in January of each year and have an election as needed. The results are announced at our Annual Meeting in April.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	The Credit Union must follow our by-laws that have been approved by the State of Michigan. All members are invited and encouraged to attend our annual meeting to voice any comments, complaints or suggestions for change.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Our President/CEO Allan Kemp McMorris approves our annual Form 990.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Conflict of interest statements are completed annually by each member of the Board of Directors and reviewed by the Chairman of the Board. The Chairman of the Board then presents all findings to the Board of Directors for their review.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Industry salary surveys are used through the Michigan Credit Union League (MCUL), Credit Union National Association (CUNA), and the Credit Union Executive Society (CUES). Salary changes are determined by the President/CEO and presented for approval to the Human Resource Committee by the Board of Directors.
