	Rocky Mountain Energy Summit Annual Conference - COGA hosts the premier regional industry conference, the Rocky Mountain Energy Summit (RMES). This conference spans three days at the Colorado Convention Center and serves to further COGAs mission, inform a pragmatic and fact-based dialogue on energy development, and educate the public.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	This trade association limits its membership to individuals who individually or as employees of business entities are involved in the exploration, production and sale of oil and natural gas in the state of Colorado. Members pay dues on a sliding scale which is dependent upon their respective level of activity in the industry. Members elect members of the governing body. Members would receive a share of the organization's net assets upon dissolution which would be in substance a partial return of dues.
